Godwin Ewelike | New Season

UK-based Nigerian gospel music artist Godwin Ewelike has released his first song of 2025, titled “New Season.”

This song is an anthem of expectation for the wonderful things God is about to do. It’s a powerful anthem of hope, renewal, and declaration, inspired by God’s promises in Job 22:28 and Isaiah 60:1. These verses state, respectively, “You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you, and light will shine in your ways,” and “Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.”

Godwin Ewelike explains, “Our words, spoken in faith, have the power to shape our outcomes. This song is an invitation to leave the past behind and embrace new hope, because God is always working to bring about new beginnings.”
