Bell Partners Acquires Gotee Records

Gotee Records, a Christian music label based in Tennessee, has been acquired by Bell Partners Worldwide. This agreement includes Gotee’s label operations and Emack Music Publishing and marks the launch of Bell Partners Christian Music, a new division focused on expanding the global reach of Christian artists.

Gotee executives Joey Elwood and Toby McKeehan will continue in leadership roles at both Gotee and Bell Partners Christian Music, with Elwood serving as CEO.

Founded in 1992, Gotee Records has been influential in the Christian music industry, launching the careers of artists like Relient K, Jennifer Knapp, SonicFlood, and Jamie Grace. Its current roster includes Jon Reddick, Cochren & Co., Terrian, Ryan Stevenson, and Joseph O’Brien.

Elwood views this acquisition as an opportunity to strengthen Gotee’s mission with the support of Bell Partners‘ extensive network. She emphasized that this is not an exit strategy but a “strategic evolution,” highlighting the potential of combining Gotee’s 30 years of independent label experience with Bell Partners’ global infrastructure to elevate Christian music worldwide.
